• Responsible for creating, overseeing and managing the systems, processes & team for payment clearing and settlement.
• Direct and provide oversight to develop internal systems to support the settlement process
• Recruit and build global settlement operations team to manage settlement transactions in local currency
• Proactively evaluate the company’s payment policy, ensuring it remains current and accurate, adapting where appropriate to evolving business environmental impacts, and making recommendations to ensure the appropriate risk posture is maintained.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 15 years experience in payments settlement
• Proven experience senior leadership experience building global teams
• Well versed in working with the major card brands and sponsor banks

Skills:

• Extensive industry experience in the financial sector with deep knowledge of Payments and Clearing
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise

Salary Range:

$1.00 – $999,999,999.00
