We are currently seeking an experiencedΒ Project ManagerΒ with a strong background in logistics to support a long-term initiative for a leading global FMCG player. The ideal candidate will lead logistics-related projects across international supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

This is a strategic project with high visibility, requiring collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.

Requirements

YOU WILLΒ 
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of logistics-related projects within a global FMCG context.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including supply chain, procurement, operations, and IT.
  • Define and track project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in logistics processes.
YOU NEED
  • Minimum 5 years of experienceΒ in project management, including complex international projects.
  • Proven background inΒ logistics/supply chain projectsΒ (e.g., warehousing, transportation, distribution network optimization, last-mile delivery, logistics systems implementation, etc.).
  • Experience inΒ FMCG industryΒ or with global retail/logistics organizations preferred.
  • Project Management certificationΒ (PMP, Prince2, SAFe or equivalent) required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Fluent inΒ English; Spanish is aΒ strong advantage, especially for Buenos Aires-based candidates.
  • Availability to work inΒ Americas time zonesΒ is required β€” candidates based in Europe (e.g., Poland) must be open to working in those hours.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms (e.g., SAP TM, WMS, TMS).
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management in logistics operations.
