Asset Management – Implement comprehensive tracking for all company equipment (laptops, office hardware, etc.) to support ISO 27001 and DORA compliance requirements
Technical Leadership
Hands-on scripting – Write and maintain Python automation scripts for access management across multiple SaaS platforms
System integration – Work with our tech stack: JumpCloud (SSO/MDM), Personio (HR), Jira (ticketing), Asset Management, Zapier integrations
Process design – You have significant autonomy to choose tools and redesign workflows. If you don’t like our current stack, we’re open to changes
Team & Stakeholder Management
Process ownership – Design communication workflows with HR, Security, and other departments
Vendor relationships – Manage relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers
Mentoring – Guide the team on technical implementations and process improvements
SLA management – Establish and monitor service level agreements using Jira metrics
