How We Work
We are seeking outstanding Senior Customer Success Managers to play a critical role in driving customer success and helping customers of all sizes unlock the full potential of GrowthLoop’s platform, driving measurable value and ensuring deep product adoption & usage.
You thrive on building strong relationships, identifying strategic opportunities within complex organizations, and uncovering new use cases that expand the impact of our platform for customers. You are extremely passionate about customer success, maximizing retention & expansion, and empowering commercial teams to achieve their business goals. You are also excited about the opportunity to help build the future of the customer success function at GrowthLoop as we enter this next, big chapter of company growth.

What You’ll Do
The estimated compesation for this role is $130,000-$150,000 OTE. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
