We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Maintain and update sales databases and customer information
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and creating customer invoices
Attend sales meetings and take notes to be shared with the team
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on current sales processes
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Econ or a related field
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Hubspot
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Eligibility: This position is remote, but applicants must reside within the United States.
