We are seeking a Compensation Manager to design, implement, and optimize our compensation and equity programs. Reporting to the VP of People, this role will play a key part in ensuring Temporalβs total rewards strategy is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Talent, and Leadership to drive data-informed decisions that attract and retain top talent.
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
