Why this role exists
By ensuring the availability of clean, structured data, the Analytics Engineer empowers the company to make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge in the remote work industry.
The impact you’ll make:
- Data Infrastructure:
- Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes for dependable data flow.
- Analytics and Modeling:
- Develop analytics models to find trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and turn these into clear technical plans.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create dashboards and reports that give stakeholders the insights they need, when they need them.
- Performance Optimization:
- Improve data systems for better performance and usability.
Requirements
- 2+ years in data engineering or analytics roles.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python or similar for data tasks.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics techniques.
- Familiar with cloud data services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Good at solving problems and analyzing data.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
