About the Role
The Creative Traffic Coordinator will facilitate workflow and streamline work processes within Creative department, which includes writers, editors, and designers who create diverse communications materials for BetMGM, Borgata and Party brands. Under minimal supervision the candidate will handle workflow, communication, and timely output of multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities
Streamline creative processes. Vet project requests/creative briefs for completion, clarity, and quality before assigning to creative. Plan, schedule, and coordinate CS work, including scheduling related meetings and aligning staff.
Assist with file management and archiving. Identifies conflicts, risks, delays or any other unusual situations and works to resolve these matters and/or obtain deadline extensions when necessary to limit disruption and keep the project on track.
Prioritize requests, coordinate deliverables, schedule work, ensure compliance with branding standards, perform quality assurance reviews, and facilitate production with reproduction and outside printers and/or vendors to meet tight, demanding project deadlines and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Diplomatically facilitate communication among project partners, including customers, managers, individual contributors, and communication leads.
Essential Functions:
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, and/or public relations firm; project management experience; and knowledge of the creative and production processes for print, event, digital, and video deliverables are highly desired. Proficiency with market research, analytics, and reporting.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated and foster high-quality work. They should also possess excellent attention to detail; strong customer service skills; the ability to understand, follow, and implement complex instructions; strong organizational skills, including the flexibility to handle multiple assignments for multiple customers simultaneously; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The annual salary range for this position is $60000 to $65000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
