A quick look at the role
Head of Corporate Accounts leads and manages a team of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Account Directors responsible for maintaining and developing strong business relationships between Biffa and its Corporate clients within SWR. The role is accountable for driving commercial performance, client growth and retention, successful contract negotiations, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
