Job DescriptionΒ
This Clientβ―Customer Service Support Representativeβ―will join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Support Representativeβ―will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.Β
RESPONSIBILITIESΒ
β’ Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner averaging 50-60 calls per day
β’ Follow approved standard operating procedures (SOPβs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claimsΒ
β’ Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPβs and give recommendations for process improvementsΒ
β’ Handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerΒ
β’ Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondenceΒ
β’ Accurately document all accounts ensuring guidelines and regulations are followedΒ
β’ Communicate via telephone with a physician, insurance company and patientsΒ
β’ Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status and/or to obtain better billing informationΒ
Qualifications:
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent required
β’ Minimum one year work experience required
β’ Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
β’ Previous medical experience strongly preferred
β’ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills preferred
β’ Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills preferredΒ
REMOTE WORK:
o Dedicated are to perform duties without interference; will be structured environment with destinated lunch and break scheduled.Β
o Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
Technical RequirementsΒ
β’ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
β’ No satellite internet
β’ Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
Pay Range: $15.25 Hour – $16.00 Hour (State minimum wages apply if higher)
