Job Description

We’re looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Directorto lead the development of our modular security platform and lead security-by-design across our ecosystem. This position will lead Product Management for this platform.

You’ll ensure operational resilience, compliance, and scalable product delivery by partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and security teams. You’ll lead the platform roadmap, resolve overlapping capabilities, and increase adoption across regions and departments to maximize reuse and accelerate delivery.

You will report to the Group CTO and this is a remote position. This is a supervisory position.

You’ll have opportunity to:

  • Define and lead the vision and roadmap for our modular security platform, aligning with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Deliver security capabilities as reusable services, including identity, access control, threat detection, and compliance, through self-service APIs.
  • Champion a modular architecture that enables plug-and-play security components and seamless integration across platforms like Cloud, DevEx, and ITSM.
  • Embed and govern Super Controls as mandatory platform standards, integrating with CI/CD and policy-as-code frameworks.
  • Translate partner insights into product requirements, collaborating with global teams to ensure customer-centric development.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain a forward-looking perspective.
  • Define and track Goals to measure product success and guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in security, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with modular platform design, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience launching and scaling complex technical products.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

At least some of the following:

  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM), zero trust, or threat intelligence platforms.
  • Background in developer platforms or B2B security tools.
  • Experience building security into cloud-native, developer-centric ecosystems (e.g., integrating IAM, WAF, SIEM into DevEx and CI/CD platforms).
  • Familiarity with policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, and resilience-by-design frameworks (e.g., chaos engineering, SLOs).”

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
