Job Description Summary

In this role, you will provide lean leadership largely to the Asia region in Gas Global Supply Chain. This includes hands on coaching through kaizen, roadmap development, and utilizing the lean toolkit to achieve operational KPI’s. Responsible for working with the Value Stream leaders and Plant Leadership to establish a customer-focused process improvement strategy aligned with an SQDC prioritization and the respective business / functional objectives.
This position reports directly to the Lean Leader for Global Supply Chain in Gas Power.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

-Support development of a World Class Lean Organization, partnering with Value Stream Leaders, Plant Leadership, and the lean community with a strong operating rhythm, and clear outcomes

– Drive improvements on SQDC at the point of impact utilizing Lean
-Reduce Wing-to-Wing Lead Times from Customer order to shipment, as well as
corresponding manufacturing lead time reduction
-Work with senior leaders to assess current baselines and determine the framework processes to be improved using the Lean methodologies
-Support simplification of the complex processes and manage cross-functional
relationships to support business impact

-Share best practices across responsible region and act as a conduit
to accelerate cross business progress

-Provide hands on coaching to local manufacturing sites through roadmap planning and execution, kaizens, and continuous improvement.
