Responsibilities:

Preparation and execution of national and international service assignments for packings, flat gaskets, rotary kiln gaskets and expansion joints
Production of static gaskets on CNC plotter within the scope of service assignments at the customer’s site incl. preparation of drawings in CAD program
Design, installation, maintenance, repair and commissioning of seals and expansion joints
Carrying out of flange checks
Administrative handling of on-site service assignments (incoming goods inspection, shipment processing, logistics, etc.)
Consulting and support in gasket selection incl. preparation of related documentation according to customer requirements
Care and maintenance of vehicles, machines, tools and equipment

Qualifications:

Completed training in a metalworking profession – preferably industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
Basic knowledge of packings, flat gaskets, rotary kiln seals as well as valves and pump technology is an advantage
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Basic knowledge of common MS Office programs
Basic knowledge of SAP and CAD is an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Driving license class B, BE advantageous
