Who You AreJolera, a global, security-focused managed service provider with a 20-year history of innovation, is seeking a visionary Principal, AI Transformation & Client Strategy to join our advanced Data & AI practice. This is a senior leadership role for a trusted advisor who will guide our clients and partners through the complexities of enterprise AI adoption.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to amplify your impact by working with our channel partners to scale AI strategies across their diverse customer bases. You will be joining a collaborative and inclusive culture built on trust and a commitment to developing leaders from within.
What You’ll Do
– Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client and partner executives. You will shape their enterprise AI strategy, lead AI readiness assessments, and develop technology roadmaps that align with key business outcomes.- Solution Architecture: Architect and lead the delivery of end-to-end AI solutions, leveraging Jolera’s full-service portfolio, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and AI Process Automation.- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading pre-sales activities, developing compelling business cases, and supporting our channel partners in joint selling efforts.- Governance & Change Management: Design and implement robust AI security and governance frameworks. You will also lead change management initiatives to ensure successful client adoption and value realization.- Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for Jolera, contributing to our thought leadership and mentoring team members to build our collective AI competency.
Qualification
– 10+ years of professional experience, with 7+ years in a senior, client-facing role in management consulting, business transformation, or technology strategy.- A proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs, with a deep focus on AI/ML initiatives for the last 3-5 years.- Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders.- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.- An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset is essential.- Experience in key industry verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Academia) is a strong asset.- A background in channel-led sales models is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency– Primary Platform (Expert Level): Intimate, strategic knowledge of the IBM WatsonX platform (including watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, and watsonx.governance). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of its architecture, capabilities, and how its components are used to build, govern, and manage data for enterprise AI workloads, without requiring direct hands-on deployment experience.
– Secondary Platforms (Proficient Level): A strong understanding of the capabilities and strategic use cases for at least two of the following major cloud AI platforms. The candidate must be able to strategically recommend the optimal platform for a given client use case based on this knowledge:

  • AWS AI/ML Services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker)
  • Google Cloud AI Platform (e.g., Vertex AI)
  • Microsoft Azure AI Platform (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service)
