Summary

Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team supportingprovider enrollment and healthcare operations. You’ll ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), guide day-to-day operations, and elevate the provider and customer experience.

Your role in our mission

  • Supervise provider enrollment transactions to maintain accuracy, data integrity, and SLA compliance.

  • Mentor and assist enrollment agents in resolving complex processing inquiries.

  • Monitor service levels and escalate issues to management to minimize risk.

  • Review and submit client reports on a daily and weekly basis.

  • Support the manager in training, coaching, and daily operational oversight.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business management.

  • 6+ years of customer service experience, with 3–5 years in provider enrollment or healthcare operations.

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.

The pay range for this position is $48,400 – $69,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
