What youβll doΒ
- Architect and implement real-time voice solutions for authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection products.
- Integrate and optimize voice network systemsβincluding SIP, VoIP, telephony hardware/software, and cloud-based voice servicesβfor reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless voice-driven features.
- Design and maintain robust enterprise and carrier-grade voice infrastructure supporting high-security, high-availability environments.
- Deliver architectural improvements, optimizing for performance and onboarding new platforms or vendors.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging threats in voice security and develop strategies to address them.
- Use workflow automation engines, monitoring, and deployment tools to enhance system resilience and efficiency.Β
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex voice and networking technical issues.
- Contribute to cross-team technical reviews and best practice dissemination.

Your skill-set
- Deep understanding of voice and data networking technologies (SIP, VoIP, PBX, IVR, SBC telephony platforms, aws routing)Β
- Experience architecting, implementing, and scaling cloud-native voice infrastructures on AWS or Google Cloud
- Skilled at deploying, automating, and monitoring voice platforms for reliability and performance in high-security environments (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Github)
- Inclusive communicator who collaborates effectively with engineering teams, product managers, and customers
- Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship, participate in technical reviews, and foster a company-wide culture of excellence
- 5+ years in voice engineering or related fields; advanced degree or industry certifications a plus

Within 30 days, youβll
- Ramp up on Pindropβs voice authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection platforms; complete product and security overview.
- Build relationships with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to understand collaboration workflows.
- Review and assess existing voice infrastructure (SIP, VoIP, PBX, IVR, cloud voice) for reliability and security landscape.
- Shadow and assist in troubleshooting and resolving live technical issues to learn standard processes and tools.
Within 60 days, youβll
- Drive initial architectural improvements or optimizations based on assessment findings; propose solutions for identified gaps.
- Lead integration or enhancement of a voice network component (hardware/software/cloud), focusing on scalability and security.
- Begin contributing to technical reviews and sharing best practices across engineering teams.
- Take ownership of platform monitoring and workflow automation tasks to enhance system resilience.
Within 90 days, youβll
- Deliver a strategic architectural upgrade, on-board a new voice platform or vendor, or implement a security-centric feature.
- Proactively address an emerging threat in voice security through a technical initiative or collaborative project.
- Demonstrate impact via improved performance, reliability, or customer experience metrics tied to voice solutions.
