Today, thousands of businesses across consumer lending, iGaming and online sports betting, property management, and tolling trust PayNearMe to deliver a payment experience that drives real results.

In September 2025, we raised a $50 million Series E funding round to accelerate our growth.Β

We’re a team of 200+ employees across 41 states, headquartered in Silicon Valley with satellite offices in Dallas, TX and Holmdel, NJ.

Join us and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of paymentsβ€”one experience at a time.

Job Description

  • Design and implement experimentation programs (test design, success criteria, post-test analysis).

Insights & Storytelling

  • Identify opportunity areas for product analytics and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Communicate insights through compelling data stories tailored for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Innovation & Leadership

  • Partner with product and engineering on emerging technologies to augment analytics workflows, including GenAI, agentic systems, and autonomous agents.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as voice-of-customer, user segmentation, retention diagnostics, and funnel optimization.
  • Serve as a thought partner to product leaders, PMs, and development teams on analytics strategies.

Qualifications

Core Analytics Expertise

  • 6-9 years in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred).
  • Mastery of SQL and fluency with modern BI and data tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, dbt, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of product metrics such as funnels, retention, cohorts, segmentation, and feature engagement.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence product strategy through insights.
  • Familiarity with event tracking schemas and tools (Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to or collaboration with analytics engineering teams; understanding of dbt or event schema design is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and ML techniques including predictive modeling, NLP, and agentic systems.
  • Proven track record shaping experimentation programs and guiding test design and measurement.

Communication & Leadership

  • Confident storyteller who translates analysis into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders at every level.
