Job Description

We are currently searching for a knowledgeable and experienced Trainer/Professional Development Specialist who is passionate about early childhood/elementary education to join our team. In this role, you will create and deliver original, customized content on a wide range of topics across the education landscape to industry leaders, families and educators. The position also involves presenting engaging in-field and virtual training sessions to support customer needs, as well as developing product alignments and other content-based assignments for our customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of education best practices and extensive experience with various assessments and curricula. You must also be fluent in early learning education standards and initiatives, such as the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, CLASS, Environment Rating Scales and QRIS. Additional knowledge of elementary standards, RTI/MTSS or additional intervention frameworks is preferred. The ideal candidate will hold certifications recognized in the Birth–Age 8 field, including K–5. Real-world classroom experience and a background in presenting and delivering professional learning and keynotes is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You’ll work closely with company executives and a variety of colleagues and customers—from parents and teachers to high-level administrators at the district and state levels. This position will require a minimum of 50% travel within the United States, pending CDC and internal travel guidelines. The ideal candidate will be located near a major national airport such as ATL, ORD, DFW, DEN, LAX, SFO, JFK, MCO, CLT, PHX, MIA, EWR, SEA, PHL, IAD, MSP, DTW or SLC.
