What you will do:
- Process incoming partner applications and sign-ups accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify partner information and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Enter and update partner data in CRM and internal systems
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with partners to answer questions, provide guidance, or collect missing information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues
- Generate regular reports on sign-up metrics and status updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures
- Maintain organized records of all partner sign-ups and related documentation
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Data Entry, or Channel Partnerships
- Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-up
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in SaaS or tech environment
- Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline
