THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is to join the Wellhub’s New Ventures, which is responsible for building and scaling disruptive programs and businesses. The team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, tasked with exploring and executing strategies that diversify the company’s offerings and accelerate growth in adjacent markets. This is a critical opportunity to be a game-changer and directly contribute to the future trajectory of the organization. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the planning, building, and growth of diverse new Ventures programs from initial concept to market launch. 
  •  Drive comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer deep-dives to identify and validate new business opportunities. 
  •  Own the development of robust commercial strategies and go-to-market plans to ensure program success and traction. 
  • Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and business case analysis to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Analyze user behavior data and provide actionable, high-value general insight on strategy to senior leadership. 
  • Execute high-quality individual contributor work while effectively managing cross-functional projects and resources when required. 
  •  Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate strategic insights into execution plans.

  • You are a dynamic team player with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, driven to build and grow disruptive programs. You don’t just understand a vision,you instinctively know how to translate it into reality. By leveraging all the assets and capabilities present at Wellhub, you will be responsible for bringing strategic decisions to fruition, turning innovative concepts into scaled, successful new ventures that significantly impact our growth trajectory.
  • You are an entrepreneurial strategist with proven experience in dynamic environments, focused on building and scaling new initiatives.
  • You possess strong commercial acumen and the rare ability to market a vision of innovation, effectively communicating with customers and companies to articulate value and successfully “sell” new ventures.
  • You are a highly analytical problem-solver with experience on financial modeling, leveraging data to drive decisive action.
  • You are an autonomous self-starter who thrives on high-value individual work, but comfortable managing people, stakeholders, ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • You are a clear and compelling communicator, skilled at articulating complex strategies and insights to both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • You have a deep passion for, and understanding of, the end-to-end venture building process.
