❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

Imagine launching your own brand with the support of a powerhouse e-commerce team, turning your entrepreneurial vision into reality. As the Brand Manager, you’ll have the resources, expertise, and a share of the success, making every victory a collective celebration.

You’ll refine the product journey by leveraging customer insights to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and manage churn rates. At the same time, you’ll have the creative freedom to introduce products that align with the brand’s values, strategically increasing AOV to deliver maximum impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross-Functional Strategy Development: Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth.

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement.

  • Market Research & Growth: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results.

  • Customer Experience Optimization: Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements.

  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization.

  • Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences.

  • Campaign Monitoring & Decision-Making: Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.

  • E-Commerce Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies.

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes.

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Track Record in Brand Scaling: Successfully drove measurable growth and scaled brands using data-driven strategies and hands-on execution. Experienced in planning and implementing long-term strategies for sustained brand success.

  • Product Experience Enhancement: Expertise in understanding customer needs and improving product quality, descriptions, shipping, and overall experience to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Planning and Execution: Extensive experience in managing multiple tasks, delegating effectively, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient execution. Accountable for product quality and timely delivery.

  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Strong ability to set product direction, develop annual plans, and define key milestones. Proven success in leading products toward long-term growth and achieving strategic business goals.

  • Creative and Strategically Inclined: Skilled at spotting e-commerce trends, conceptualizing products, and developing brands that resonate with target audiences. Expertise in aligning product development with strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and operations to drive brand success and product quality.

  • Motivated by Shared Success: Focused on achieving collective goals through strategic thinking, with experience navigating dynamic e-commerce environments to deliver high-quality outcomes that foster growth and brand development.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style since we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.

  • 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, and expectations.

  • Home Task.

  • 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss: the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills. Have a both-sided Q&A session.

  • Decision & Feedback from us.

SALARY

€1,500 – €3000 after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience, with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
