The Opportunity

Are you finishing up your degree at University? Or have you just finished and are ready to reimagine what’s next? Join our Sydney team as a Graduate Territory Manager. We are seeking motivated, dynamic individuals to join us this year and kick-start a career in a fast-paced, global environment.

 Please note: This is a 12 Month contract role 

What will you be doing?

As an energetic, hands-on Graduate Territory Manager, you will be the face of our brands in the field, driving a digital-first retail strategy. You will:

  • Bring Our Brands to Life: Execute world-class promotional activities and self-initiate secondary selling locations. You’ll ensure our iconic brands like Colgate, Palmolive, AJAX, Cuddly and others are unmissable and perfectly categorised.

  • Master Data-Driven Execution: Use our digital tools and CRM platforms to follow a disciplined, optimised call cycle. You’ll maximise promotional impact and use data insights to ensure we are winning in every aisle.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Use your people skills to build influential relationships with Store Managers. You’ll act as a consultant, using your commercial mindset to show them how our brands can help grow their total business.
