  • Oversee all inbound and outbound file workflows—processing, ETL/ELT, exception management, monitoring, and partner onboarding—to ensure accuracy, SLA adherence, and operational visibility.
  • Lead incident management and rapid-response processes to mitigate integration or file delivery failures.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and security requirements; maintain audit readiness, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical integrations and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and client-facing teams to resolve systemic issues and prioritize improvements.
  • Provide strategic direction for partner onboarding to improve time-to-integration, reduce friction, and strengthen external relationships.
  • Develop and execute a workforce strategy including staffing, capability development, succession planning, and career progression.
  • Manage budgets, vendor and service provider relationships, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency and performance.
  • Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and advance operational maturity.
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs to measure performance, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives with clear communication, training, and stakeholder alignment to support adoption and operational transitions.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop diverse, geographically dispersed operational teams; foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Provides strategic direction and leadership to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive corporate culture.
  • Manages the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Delivers timely and constructive performance feedback, supporting employee development, and continuous improvement.
  • Model organizational values, cultivate a positive work environment, and recognize and reward strong performance.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in data interchange, Managed File Transfer (MFT), integration engineering, or file-based operations leadership.
  • Strong background in enterprise data movement technologies (SFTP, AS2, MFT suites, ETL/ELT tools, API gateways).
  • Proven experience leading large teams responsible for 24/7 mission-critical operations.
  • Deep knowledge of data formats and standards (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, HL7, proprietary schemas).
  • Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy data exchange environments and build scalable, automated solutions.
  • Strong operational mindset with expertise in SLAs, KPIs, observability, and incident management.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and cross-functional alignment.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strategic thinker with strong technical and operational execution skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Expertise in change management with the ability to inspire and engage employees through transformation.
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Strong financial and analytical skills to manage budgets and drive cost efficiency.
