Senior C++ developer

Who we need

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (C++) with 4+ years of programming experience to build a lot from scratch. This is a full-time, permanent position in Lviv, Kyiv or remote.

Become an integral member of our client, which oversees several innovative SaaS services, including Remote Access and Secure Web Sessions.

Must have
Requirements:

• • Experience: 4+ years of expertise in modern C++ development, delivering high-performance and scalable code.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Adaptability: Self-motivated learner capable of mastering intricate systems and emerging technologies independently.

• Collaboration: A proactive team player dedicated to achieving shared goals through a results-driven approach.

• Fluent English

Will be a plus:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven track record working with AWS or other major cloud platforms.

• Development: Hands-on experience in Python for building scalable applications.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, including Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.

• Agile Excellence: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficient in using JIRA for project tracking.

• Security-First Mindset: Solid understanding of security principles such as OWASP, data encryption, and authentication protocols (LDAP, Radius).

• Architecture: Exposure to microservices and cloud-native development strategies

Responsibilities:

• Architect and ship end-to-end features for SIA RDP, maintaining a “security-first” mindset throughout the development process.

• Collaborate across teams to translate stakeholder needs into scalable product enhancements.

• Empower the team by mentoring new engineers and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

• Spearhead clean code and security initiatives, ensuring all development aligns with modern threat modeling and compliance standards.
