We seek an HR Specialist who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of HR services and processes. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, HR systems, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Operations Specialist collaborates closely with the HR team to deliver exceptional employee service and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

📍 Work location – hybrid from Ukraine

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate welfare and engagement activities, programs for Ukraine
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage operational onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, exhibits, letters, and client-requested documentation
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks
  • Support benefits enrollment and communication processes
  • Maintain related documentation
  • Insurance administration
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in resolving employee-related inquiries and operational requests
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics
  • Providing administrative support for the Organizational Development Manager (OD) 
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and changes
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
  • Coordinate welfare and engagement activities, programs for Ukraine

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role from a tech company (international experience is a must)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (such as BambooHR) and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of general HR processes and benefits administration
  • Familiar with Ukrainian labor laws and regulations
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian
