Job Title

Senior Manager, Customer Project Management – Radiology Informatics (PACS)

Job Description

Senior Manager, Customer Project Management – Radiology Informatics (PACS)

This is a program management role with people leadership responsibilities, focused on overseeing the successful delivery of Radiology Informatics projects.

Your role:

  • Manage a “business cohort” with end-to-end accountability for multiple concurrent Radiology Informatics (PACS) implementation projects for new and existing customers, driving consistent delivery at quality, on time, and within budget.

  • Provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle by validating the scope, quality, and effort hours of project plans at initiation; conducting regular reviews of the critical path, risks, and issues; ensuring go-live readiness; and overseeing successful go-live execution and project closure.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point, engaging directly with customer executive sponsors and internal senior leaders to communicate status, risks, go/no-go recommendations, and success criteria.

  • Evolve frameworks for standard work, assessment mechanisms, and playbooks, proactively identifying, staffing, and executing continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working.

  • Establish best practices for first-of-a-kind project types and partner cross-functionally with Release Management, Services Engineering, Implementation, Presales, and Sales to realize project-specific outcomes and drive optimization across projects.

  • Exercise people leadership responsibility for project managers within the cohort, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Build a high-performing team.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT with hands-on involvement in enterprise software implementations and upgrades and have Prior Radiology informatics – PACS experience.

  • You have prior people leadership experience, including directly managing, coaching, and developing team members (e.g., project managers or similar roles).

  • Your skills include program and project management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication; experience working across matrixed teams is required.

  • You are skilled at managing complex customer interactions, including with executive stakeholders, and you are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • You are passionate about continuous process improvement and a go-getter who proactively seeks ways to improve the status quo and grow your team.

  • You are a highly reliable problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who does not shy away from a challenge. Affinity and prior experience with KPIs is a bonus

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 8+ years of equivalent experience in healthcare IT); PMP, CSM, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field-based role.
