You will lead Experian’s global workplace generative AI strategy and systems ecosystem, helping guide the next generation of employee productivity and AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise.

Beginning with ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude, you will lead the expansion of workplace GenAI capabilities across the enterprise, with accountability for adoption, governance, operational scalability, and measurable value realization.

This leader will serve as the central point of coordination and strategic ownership for workplace GenAI capabilities across the enterprise, partnering closely with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Information Security, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure responsible and scalable deployment aligned to Experian’s security, regulatory, operational, and business standards.

Your success will require a balance of strategy, executive influence, change leadership, operational execution, and GenAI platform understanding.

You will report to the EVP, Enterprise Systems and Digital Workplace. This is a remote position with some travel expected to Experian offices globally.

You will have opportunity to:

  • Lead the global workplace GenAI strategy and systems ecosystem, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and future AI platforms.
  • Oversee governance, adoption, scalability, and operational management of enterprise GenAI capabilities.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and define enterprise roadmaps for workplace productivity solutions.
  • Promote enterprise-wide adoption and change management programs for AI-enabled employee workflows.
  • Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, productivity, and business value realization.
  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to support compliant and responsible AI usage.
  • Manage rollout and release processes for new GenAI capabilities, including communications and readiness planning.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver user experience, governance, and operational integration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, workplace technology, AI transformation, systems strategy, or product management.
  • 8+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with global or multi-regional responsibility.
  • Experience leading enterprise GenAI strategy, governance, adoption, or AI transformation initiatives at scale.
  • Experience managing enterprise systems, digital workplace platforms, or large-scale technology capabilities globally.
  • Experience driving organizational change, workforce productivity, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, privacy, security, legal, and risk management practices.
  • Experience working with executive and cross-functional leadership teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI use cases across HR, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Support, or Corporate Services teams.
  • Experience working in regulated global enterprise environments.
