  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching and insights that enhance organizational capability and team dynamics.

  • Program Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of some of our People initiatives (e.g., Talent Management, L&D, Engagement). You aren’t just designing the framework; you’re helping to execute, own the data, and refine the process.

  • CSE Management: Proven experience managing relations and maintaining a constructive, transparent dialogue with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).
