Key Skills

C# .NET Core React AWS RESTful APIs Microservices SQL NoSQL Docker CI/CD

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to apply for the Senior FullStack Engineer position at Truelogic. With over 5 years of experience in building scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using C#, .NET Core, and React, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your client's platform. My expertise in AWS, microservices, and mentoring aligns perfectly with the requirements of this role.

I have a strong track record of designing RESTful APIs, optimizing system performance, and leading technical discussions. I thrive in collaborative environments and am passionate about delivering high-quality software that drives business impact.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my skills can support your team.

Describe your experience with building scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications.
I have worked on multi-tenant SaaS platforms where we isolated data per tenant using database schemas or tenant IDs. I implemented features like tenant-aware authentication, resource throttling, and customized configurations. For scalability, we used horizontal scaling with load balancers and caching layers.
How do you approach migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architecture?
I start with a thorough assessment of the current system, identifying bottlenecks and dependencies. Then I break the migration into incremental steps: containerizing existing services, moving to cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and gradually refactoring monolithic components into microservices. I prioritize using CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure reliability.
Can you explain how you ensure high availability and reliability in distributed systems?
I design for failure by implementing redundancy, auto-scaling, and health checks. Using message queues for asynchronous processing, circuit breakers for fault tolerance, and monitoring with tools like CloudWatch. Regular load testing and chaos engineering help identify weak points.
Describe a time you mentored a junior engineer and improved their skills.
I paired with a junior engineer on a feature implementation, guiding them through code reviews and design patterns. I encouraged them to write unit tests and refactor code for readability. Over a few months, their confidence grew, and they started contributing independently.
How would you design a RESTful API for a high-traffic e-commerce platform?
I would define clear resource endpoints following REST conventions. Use pagination, filtering, and caching (e.g., Redis) to handle high traffic. Implement authentication with JWT, rate limiting, and versioning. For scalability, use microservices, load balancers, and database read replicas.
