About the role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our project’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). You will be responsible for building engaged communities, driving organic reach, and supporting paid acquisition efforts through compelling content and platform-native strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative vision and analytical rigor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Ownership — Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Tailor content and tone to each platform’s audience and algorithm.

  • Content Creation & Calendar — Plan, produce, and publish engaging content including graphics, short-form video, copy, and interactive posts. Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaign calendars.

  • Community Management — Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms. Foster an active, loyal community around the Vegas Bonanza brand.

  • Performance & Reporting — Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion contribution. Deliver weekly performance summaries with actionable insights.
