We are currently seeking an Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer to provide mid to long term support to our financial service client: 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and coordinating with investors
  • Support funds and simple investment transactions, including related documentation and operational tasks
  • Handle some NDAs, confidential agreements, and other legal/transaction documents (from templates), including tracking and filing
  • Perform basic company secretarial work, such as simple share transfer forms and straightforward board resolutions

Requirements

  • Degree holder with legal related background
  • 0-3 years of work experience; applicants who are new to workforce are also welcome
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Awareness in handling confidential information; comfortable working on large amount of administrative tasks
  • Fluent English and able to read and write Chinese. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a bonus, but not essential
  • Immediately available is preferred
