Sample interview questions
I would start by researching local providers and their practices, then schedule introductory visits to understand their needs. I would bring educational materials about our services and follow up with personalized resources to keep Centria top-of-mind for referrals.
I would identify relevant events such as health fairs, school functions, and autism walks, and ensure we have a strong presence with branded materials. I would also host our own events like Autism Activity Days to create direct engagement with families and providers.
I use a CRM to track all outreach and follow-ups, and I segment my territory by high-potential providers. I set weekly goals for visits and events, and I remain flexible to adjust based on urgent opportunities while ensuring no key relationship is neglected.
In my previous role, I worked with the marketing team to create co-branded materials for a new service line. I also coordinated with clinical staff to host an open house that showcased our expertise, which resulted in a 20% increase in qualified leads over the following quarter.
I have always been passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Centria's evidence-based approach and commitment to quality care resonate deeply with me. The chance to combine my sales skills with such a valuable mission is what drives my interest in this role.
