As part of the Hotel Spend Management team, you will collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize strategic hotel programs through data-driven insights, innovative sourcing approaches and ongoing performance management. Leveraging Advito’s proven methodologies and analytics, you will help clients enhance program performance, identify new savings opportunities and maximize the value of their hotel investments.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines simultaneously while balancing quality, timelines and budget expectations. You should possess strong organization and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive meaningful improvements for clients.
As a Consultant, Hotel Spend Management, you will

About you
- You have experience in a client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations or sales, hotel program management, travel supplier or corporate travel role
- You have experience working with hotel sourcing, hotel procurement, hotel sales, travel program data, travel industry pricing or supplier discount programs
- You have experience with visualization tools or presentation software beyond Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines simultaneously while delivering high-quality
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and challenging messages to internal and external stakeholders at all levels

This position is advertised across multiple global locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
