Cover letter sample

Dear Hiring Team,

I am excited to apply for the Bulgarian SEO Specialist opportunity with Adapt, a Welo Global brand. I bring hands-on SEO experience across keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, content improvement, and Bulgarian–English keyword localization.

My approach combines data-driven analysis with clear, culturally appropriate copy that supports visibility and business goals. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my SEO, analytics, and localization skills to your international client portfolio.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sample interview questions
How do you approach keyword research for a Bulgarian-language website?

I begin by understanding the target audience, product terminology, and search intent in Bulgarian. I use keyword tools, SERP analysis, and competitor research to identify relevant terms, then group them by intent and map them to appropriate pages while considering local language nuances and synonyms.

Describe how you would optimize an underperforming landing page for organic search.

I would first review rankings, queries, traffic, engagement, and conversion data. Then I would assess search intent, page structure, title tag, meta description, headings, copy depth, internal linking, and technical issues before prioritizing changes and measuring the impact after implementation.

What SEO issues can basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge help you identify?

It helps me evaluate headings, metadata, canonicals, robots directives, links, structured data, and page elements rendered in the source or DOM. For JavaScript sites, I can also recognize potential rendering, indexing, or content-availability issues and communicate them clearly to developers.

How would you ensure that translated keywords are suitable for SEO rather than direct literal translations?

I would validate translated terms through native-language review, keyword-tool data, and Bulgarian SERP results. I focus on how people actually search, including preferred local phrasing, grammatical variants, and commercial or informational intent, rather than translating English keywords word for word.

Which metrics would you include in a monthly SEO performance report?

I would include organic clicks, impressions, rankings for priority terms, organic sessions, landing-page performance, conversions or assisted conversions where available, technical issue status, completed work, and next-step recommendations. I would connect metrics to client objectives and explain notable changes with actionable context.
