About this role.
Docplanner is seeking a Product Director to set the strategy for its multi-market Practice Management Software portfolio, including scheduling, EHR, billing, and insurance capabilities. The role leads product leaders across four countries and partners with engineering, country managers, the PMS business owner, and the AI team to consolidate products into a cohesive yet localized platform. Key outcomes include clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth, and successful market launches. The director will make the PMS AI-first through capabilities such as AI scribing, booking, patient summaries, and intelligent scheduling. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CPTO in a remote-first European environment.

Sample interview questions
I would establish a shared platform north star, common customer segments, and a capability map that distinguishes global core workflows from market-specific extensions. I would use customer evidence, revenue impact, regulatory requirements, and adoption data to prioritize local variations, while setting clear architectural and product-governance rules to prevent unnecessary divergence.
I would begin with the highest-frequency clinician and staff workflows, validate pain points through research and behavioral data, and assess each use case for trust, quality, compliance, and measurable operational value. Initial releases would focus on tightly scoped, human-controlled experiences, with success measured through time saved, feature adoption, booking conversion, retention, and clinician satisfaction.
I would balance customer, commercial, and product-health measures: clinic and doctor retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth, activation and feature adoption, workflow completion rates, support burden, booking outcomes, and time-to-value. I would segment these metrics by product, market, clinic size, and integration maturity to expose where consolidation or localization is creating value.
A strong approach starts with a clear target architecture and product narrative, followed by a phased migration plan that protects critical workflows and provides explicit customer value at each step. I would align teams on shared platform capabilities, maintain migration telemetry and customer communication plans, and use pilots before scaling changes across markets.
I would create shared quarterly outcomes, a transparent decision framework, and regular forums for reviewing customer signals, delivery risks, and market requirements. With engineering, I would connect modularization investments to concrete product opportunities; with country leaders, I would ensure local insight informs priorities without undermining the global product direction.
About Docplanner
We are the world’s largest healthcare platform. Every month, 100 million patients visit our marketplaces — ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, Doktortakvimi, jameda — to find the right doctor and book a visit in real time. We process 20 million bookings a month, serve ~300,000 paying doctors and clinics across 13 countries (and we’re #1 in 12 of them), being profitable while growing ~25% a year.
And we’re just getting started. Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives — and our 10-year ambition is to support 1 billion patient visits a year by putting AI at the heart of every medical workflow. From Noa, our AI brand for doctors, to a frictionless, empathetic and AI-powered patient experience, we are transforming from a marketplace into the operating system of healthcare.
What you’re building
Practice Management Software — scheduling, electronic health records, billing, insurance — is how clinics actually function. Get it right, and Docplanner doesn’t just help patients find doctors. We become indispensable to every clinic that uses us.
Your mandate is to build the best PMS in every market we operate in: one coherent vision, localized to win. As our engineering team drives the technical modularization of our core stack, you’ll define the product strategy that turns that foundation into something doctors love and clinics can’t imagine working without.
This is a rare kind of role. You’re not inheriting a finished product — you’re shaping what it becomes.
What you’ll own
Product strategy across all PMS — MyDr, Gipo, Clinic Cloud, Feegow, and our own light-version PMS. One north star, adapted for each country.
Making PMS AI-first — embedding Noa natively: AI scribe, AI booking, patient summaries, intelligent scheduling. Every clinic gets superpowers out of the box.
The unification journey — partnering closely with the Engineering Director so that modularity doesn’t just simplify the stack; it unlocks new product possibilities.
A growth engine — designing a lightweight entry product for individuals and small clinics, with a clear, natural path to the full PMS, Noa, and marketplace.
The outcomes that matter — doctor and clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth, new-market launches.
A team of product leaders across four countries, plus close collaboration with the PMS business owner, country managers, and the Noa team.
Who you are
We hire for attributes first. These five define how we work — and how you’ll lead:
Exceptional problem-solving mindset. Complexity is something you thrive on daily — five products, +12 countries, dozens of integrations — and turn it into a single, cohesive product vision adapted to each country.
AI-first approach. You believe the clinic of the future runs on AI — and you’ll make our PMS the place where doctors feel that smoothly. Always solving their problems and discovering what they could do, or what we could do for them and their patients.
Product impact focus. You focus on outcomes — retention, expansion, integrated bookings — and you prioritize effectively to ensure we focus on what truly moves them.
Builder leadership. You’ve built products and teams; you know a winning product isn’t handed over by engineering — it’s co-created, and you make the product–design–engineering partnership the strongest relationship in the building.
Founder-level ownership and drive. You take the complex, ambiguous, multi-year mission and own it with full accountability and collaborative focus.
What you bring
3+ years leading product at Lead / Director level (must-have) — you’ve owned multi-team product organizations, not just a single squad.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS.
Experience driving multi-product consolidation.
Comfort with regulated environments (healthcare data, GDPR, medical-device software) is a strong plus.
Fluent English; Spanish, Polish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus in our multi-local world.
What we offer
Remote-first within Europe — work from anywhere, with hubs in Warsaw, Barcelona and beyond, and regular team off-sites.
A seat at the table: you report directly to our CPTO and shape company strategy, not just a roadmap.
Competitive compensation package including a stock option plan — we want you to think and earn like an owner.
Real scale, real impact: your decisions reach 100 million patients and hundreds of thousands of doctors every month.
A profitable, founder-led company on a clear path from €250M to €1B ARR — the rare combination of rocket-ship growth and solid ground.
