Sample interview questions
How would you identify and prioritize net-new reseller partners for Nabla?

I would define an ideal partner profile using customer overlap, healthcare-market reach, EHR or workflow relevance, implementation capability, commercial alignment, and speed to revenue. I would score prospects against those criteria, validate assumptions through discovery, and focus early effort on partners with both strategic fit and a realistic path to launch.

Describe your approach to managing a complex partner sales cycle from first outreach through contract signature.

I begin with a mutual qualification process that confirms business value, decision makers, technical dependencies, commercial model, and timeline. I build a mutual action plan, maintain executive sponsorship, address legal and product questions early, and use clear next steps and deal reviews to prevent late-stage surprises.

How would you decide whether a prospective organization should become a reseller or a marketplace partner?

I would assess the partner's level of sales ownership, customer access, implementation role, incentive structure, and ability to create repeatable demand. A reseller model is stronger when the partner can actively sell and support the solution, while a marketplace approach may fit when discoverability and streamlined procurement are the primary value drivers.

Tell us about a time you negotiated a partnership agreement with competing stakeholder interests.

I would frame the negotiation around shared outcomes, quantify the value and risks for each party, and distinguish non-negotiable terms from areas where trade-offs are possible. I would involve legal, finance, product, and executive sponsors early, document decisions clearly, and seek a structure that supports both rapid launch and sustainable economics.

What metrics would you use to evaluate the health of Nabla's new partner-sales motion?

I would track qualified pipeline coverage, conversion by sales stage, sales-cycle length, win rate, average contract value, partner launch time, activated end customers, and revenue realized after launch. I would also monitor partner engagement and forecast accuracy so the team can identify whether bottlenecks are in acquisition, contracting, enablement, or adoption.
