Sample interview questions
How would you turn a creative team's request into a production-ready GenAI workflow?

I would begin with a discovery session to clarify the user need, target audience, required inputs, brand constraints, expected outputs, approval path, and success metrics. I would then document requirements, build a small testable workflow, define acceptance criteria, validate outputs with stakeholders, and iterate before scaling the solution.

What metrics would you use to evaluate an AI-powered creative workflow?

I would track output acceptance rate, time to approved asset, revision volume, workflow completion rate, model latency, token or credit consumption, cost per usable output, and adherence to brand or quality standards. The metric set should be tied to the specific production objective rather than model performance alone.

How do you maintain brand quality when using multiple GenAI models?

I use structured prompts, approved reference assets, reusable templates, model-specific configuration standards, and validation checkpoints. I also establish human review criteria and document tested model behaviors so teams can select the appropriate model for each use case.

Describe your approach to handling conflicting feedback from creative and business stakeholders.

I would make the tradeoffs visible by returning to the agreed business objective, creative brief, and acceptance criteria. I would facilitate a focused decision session, document the outcome, and update the workflow requirements so future iterations are aligned and measurable.

How would you optimize a node-based AI workflow that is producing inconsistent results and high token costs?

I would review the workflow logs to identify costly nodes, redundant calls, weak prompts, and points where poor inputs create downstream failures. I would then simplify logic, add input validation and caching where appropriate, test more efficient model choices, and compare quality and cost against a defined baseline before releasing changes.
