Sample interview questions
I begin by assessing the practice’s current workflow, equipment setup, roles, and clinical goals. I then combine a concise explanation of clinical value with hands-on demonstration, guided practice, and real-time coaching. Before leaving, I confirm ownership for next steps, resolve foreseeable blockers, and set clear expectations for early case submission.
I would first seek to understand the clinician’s specific concern, such as scan quality, chair time, or uncertainty about downstream steps. I would demonstrate the workflow in the context of an actual patient scenario, use observation-based feedback, and focus on one or two manageable behavior changes. Reinforcing early wins with relevant performance outcomes helps turn initial hesitation into sustained adoption.
I would monitor case-submission activity, scan quality trends, frequency of use, rework or support issues, and engagement from key practice users. I would compare these indicators with the readiness assessment and training observations to identify whether barriers are clinical, operational, technical, or motivational. The resulting insights would guide targeted follow-up coaching.
For clinicians, I focus on clinical outcomes, workflow confidence, and practical scanning technique. For practice managers and leaders, I connect the workflow to implementation ownership, scheduling, team coordination, operational consistency, and measurable practice impact. I adjust my language and examples while keeping both groups aligned on a shared adoption plan.
I would plan routes and preparation rigorously, review each practice’s needs before arrival, and standardize core materials while preserving room for customization. I would document training outcomes and follow-up actions promptly so internal partners have clear visibility. Consistent communication, efficient scheduling, and disciplined post-visit follow-through are essential to sustaining quality at scale.
