Sample interview questions
I would map the end-to-end funnel by market, identify conversion and abandonment points, and combine behavioral data with supplier interviews. I would then prioritize localized messaging, onboarding guidance, in-product prompts, and lifecycle experiments with clear metrics such as purchase conversion, activation, and assessment completion.
I would explain how I synthesized recurring customer feedback with usage and revenue data, framed the opportunity for product and commercial stakeholders, and recommended a prioritized change. I would quantify the resulting impact through adoption, conversion, retention, or reduced customer friction.
I retain the central customer promise and proof points, then validate local terminology, buying triggers, objections, and cultural context with regional experts and customers. The resulting message framework allows market-specific examples, language, channels, and calls to action while maintaining a consistent global narrative.
I would track qualified supplier acquisition, traffic-to-purchase conversion, cost per acquired supplier, onboarding activation, first-assessment completion, time to value, retention, and revenue contribution. I would segment these measures by geography, supplier type, channel, language, and cohort to identify the most valuable optimization opportunities.
I use AI to accelerate research synthesis, first drafts, content variants, and enablement production, with clear source inputs and human review checkpoints. For technical or regulatory content, I establish approved claims, terminology, localization guidance, and QA processes before publication, then assess performance and refine the workflow.

About The Role
This role sits at the center of Worldly’s supplier side business, in the region where most of the network actually lives. East and Southeast Asia is home to tens of thousands of the manufacturers on the Worldly platform. How well we reach them, how easy we make it to join and get value, and how clearly we tell them what’s in it for them, all of that runs through this seat.
You’ll own the marketing that helps suppliers find Worldly, buy in, get onboarded, and stay. You’ll make the global message land in local markets. And you’ll be the person making sure the supplier voice shows up in how we position, build, and sell. The supplier purchase experience is a direct revenue driver, so the words, the flow, and the in-product messaging all move the numbers.
You’ll report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and work shoulder to shoulder with the Regional Supplier Engagement and Lifecycle teams in Hong Kong.
What You’ll Do
Own positioning and messaging for the global supplier audience: the factories, manufacturers, vendors, and others who buy and complete assessments on Worldly.
Drive the supplier purchase and onboarding experience. Suppliers buy through Worldly directly, so you’ll help reduce friction and lift the rate at which they find us, buy, and finish their first assessment.
Make the value obvious and specific. One assessment that satisfies many brand customers. Less time lost to repeat audits. A path to win new business with the 350+ buyers already on the network. Your job is to make that real, not abstract.
Adapt the global message for local markets. Translate, localize, and reshape so it’s culturally relevant and lands the way it should across the region’s biggest supplier markets.
Produce supplier content and enablement at volume using AI-assisted workflows. Onboarding emails, success stories, assessment guidance, in-product copy, partner materials. You’ll build and run these workflows yourself, not wait in a queue.
Bring the region back to the team. Stay close to suppliers and the people who serve them, and feed what you learn into positioning, our buyer intelligence practice, and the product roadmap.
Partner across functions and time zones with Regional Supplier Engagement, Lifecycle, Demand Generation, Growth, and Product.
Support association and partner co-marketing in region, including work with the industry bodies that shape how suppliers think about assessments and standards.
We’d Like to See
Minimum 6 years in product marketing or an adjacent go-to-market role (content, demand, lifecycle, partner, or community marketing) in B2B SaaS, B2B ecommerce, or a related industry.
Experience in consumer goods supply chains, and manufacturing.
Proven track record of directly increasing revenue and ecommerce sales with marketing programs that target business customers.
Experience serving as a strategic voice of the customer within product development cycles — influencing roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy
Fluent in English plus at least one relevant regional language.
A strong writer and editor in English and one additional regional language who can take technical, regulatory, or data-heavy material and make it clear, useful, and human.
Comfortable with data. You can read it, question it, and turn it into a story and an argument.
AI-fluent, or hungry to be. You already build AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and enablement, or you’re eager to learn fast. This is how the team works, not a side experiment.
A real collaborator who works well across functions, cultures, and time zones.
It Helps If You Have
Localization or multi-market marketing experience.
eCommerce or self-serve purchase experience.
Mandarin is a strong plus given how much of our supplier network is in China.
Why This Role
You’ll own a motion that’s core to the business, in the region where the network lives. You’ll have real scope, not a narrow lane. And you’ll help build an AI-native way of working on a team that’s actively reinventing how marketing operates. If you want work that shows up in the numbers and shapes how a category leader grows, this is it.
