Sample interview questions
How do you keep multiple creative deliverables on schedule when priorities change?

I maintain a detailed delivery plan with owners, dependencies, review dates, and client commitments. When priorities shift, I assess the impact quickly, communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, and update the plan so teams have clear next actions and deadlines.

How would you review a piece of content before approving it for client delivery?

I would compare it with the client brief, brand requirements, agreed strategy, audience, and delivery specifications. I would verify editorial quality, factual consistency, tone, and completeness, then either approve it or provide concise, prioritized feedback that explains what must change and why.

Describe how you would handle a client concern about a deliverable that is already near deadline.

I would first clarify the concern, desired outcome, and deadline constraints with the client. I would then translate the request into actionable production tasks, confirm feasibility with the creative team, communicate a realistic resolution plan, and keep the client informed until the issue is closed.

How do you provide feedback to creative professionals without slowing production or harming collaboration?

I make feedback specific, objective, and tied directly to the brief or client goal. I prioritize changes by importance, explain the intended outcome, and invite clarification early so the team can revise efficiently rather than iterate unnecessarily.

What methods do you use to maintain accurate records across client accounts?

I use a consistent project-management system to document briefs, approvals, schedules, revisions, risks, and decisions. I update records immediately after key interactions and use regular status reviews to ensure account information remains current and accessible to all relevant teams.
