EverAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end UX and visual design across an AI companionship platform, including conversational journeys, character creation, monetisation, growth, and emerging interactive features. The designer will partner closely with product, engineering, design leadership, and executives to turn technically complex problems into polished consumer experiences. This is a highly autonomous role requiring rapid experimentation, excellent product judgment, high-fidelity prototyping, and confident communication of design trade-offs. The role also expects practical use of AI image and video-generation tools and comfort designing NSFW product experiences. A portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products, measurable impact, technical depth, and original experimentation is mandatory.

I would describe the customer problem, the hypotheses I formed, and the research or data used to prioritise the opportunity. I would then explain how I aligned stakeholders, iterated through prototypes, partnered with engineering through delivery, and measured outcomes such as activation, retention, conversion, or qualitative feedback.
I start with the decision that needs to be made and the risk to reduce. Low-fidelity work is best for information architecture and early flows, high-fidelity prototypes help validate interaction quality and visual comprehension, and code-based prototypes are valuable when feasibility, performance, or realistic AI behaviour must be tested.
I would communicate the user, business, or implementation risk clearly and bring an alternative rather than simply rejecting the request. I aim to frame the discussion around evidence, trade-offs, and expected impact, then align the team on a test or decision that maintains momentum.
I would map the user journey, desired emotional outcome, and potential misuse or harm scenarios alongside the core product flow. I would collaborate with product, engineering, moderation, and policy stakeholders to create clear boundaries, user controls, escalation paths, and experiments that assess both engagement and safety signals.
I use AI to accelerate divergent exploration, generate content directions, draft prototype states, and automate repetitive tasks, while maintaining human judgment for product strategy and final craft. I validate outputs against the user need, brand, accessibility, safety requirements, and engineering constraints before using them in production work.

Your Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the future of AI companionship.
You’ll work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas still being defined.
You’ll work closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore new opportunities, and help define the next generation of consumer AI experiences.
We’re looking for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to contribute original ideas that raise the bar.
Your Responsibilities
Product Design
Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
