Sample interview questions
I would define ideal seller profiles by category, audience engagement, inventory quality, and live-selling potential. I would use social platforms, creator communities, online marketplaces, and referrals to build a segmented lead list, then prioritize prospects based on fit, likelihood to activate, and estimated sales potential.
I would first understand the specific concern, such as time investment, audience reach, or platform familiarity. I would tailor the value proposition to their business, share relevant examples or onboarding support, address objections directly, and agree on a practical next step that reduces friction.
I use a structured CRM workflow with clear lead stages, follow-up dates, and activity targets. I block time for research, outreach, discovery calls, and follow-ups, review conversion metrics regularly, and adjust messaging or prioritization based on response and activation results.
I would set clear expectations during onboarding, ensure the seller understands the platform and launch steps, and maintain regular check-ins through their initial activity. I would identify blockers early, coordinate with internal support teams when needed, and use performance feedback to help the seller build confidence and engagement.
I would plan my week around the times sellers are most responsive while protecting focused blocks for administrative work and pipeline planning. I am comfortable with flexible schedules and would use clear priorities, calendar discipline, and proactive communication to sustain performance and responsiveness.
