Sample interview questions
I would segment prospects by market reach, strategic fit with Deepgram's Voice AI platform, technical integration potential, access to target accounts, and near-term revenue potential. I would validate the scoring with regional sales and solutions teams, select a focused initial portfolio, and establish joint account, pipeline, and enablement plans for the highest-priority partners.
I would first identify the integrator's priority customer use cases and map Deepgram capabilities to those outcomes. Then I would develop a joint value proposition, define technical and commercial responsibilities, train the partner's sales and delivery teams, and launch a named-account co-selling plan with shared pipeline reviews and success metrics.
I use clear opportunity definitions, require documented partner contribution and next steps, and inspect stage progression against customer validation and mutual action plans. I also separate sourced from influenced pipeline, review conversion trends by partner, and address stalled opportunities early through executive alignment or additional technical resources.
I would preserve a consistent platform narrative and partner operating model while localizing use cases, messaging, enablement, commercial routes, and compliance considerations. Regular input from local partners and field teams would inform market-specific execution, while a common scorecard would maintain visibility into performance across the region.
AI tools can accelerate account research, partner mapping, meeting preparation, localized content drafts, pipeline analysis, and follow-up workflows. I would use them responsibly to improve speed and insight while maintaining human judgment for relationship strategy, commercial decisions, and sensitive customer communications.

Company Operating Rhythm
At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.
Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.
