Sample interview questions
Describe your experience using 3Shape CAD/CAM for implant and crown-and-bridge cases.

I have used 3Shape to review scans, design restorations, evaluate margins and occlusion, and prepare implant and crown-and-bridge cases for production. I validate clinical inputs, flag design risks early, and communicate recommended changes clearly to clinicians and lab teams.

How would you handle a doctor who is frustrated during a live support call about a scan or case design?

I would first acknowledge the concern and clarify the clinical objective. I would then review the available scan and case information, explain the issue in practical terms, offer the best next step, and confirm that the doctor understands the agreed resolution before ending the interaction.

How do you ensure effective support in both Canadian French and English?

I adjust my terminology and level of detail to the clinician’s preferred language while keeping clinical instructions precise. I summarize key decisions in writing after a call or chat when appropriate, which helps prevent misunderstandings between the doctor and the lab team.

What steps would you take when a scan body or implant workflow appears incorrect?

I would verify the implant system, scan body selection, scan quality, alignment, and supporting records. If the problem cannot be resolved from the existing information, I would explain the specific missing or inaccurate element to the clinician and coordinate a corrected scan or case update.

How do you manage several urgent clinician conversations without compromising quality?

I triage requests by patient impact, production deadline, and clinical complexity. I document actions and decisions as I work, set clear expectations on response timing, and escalate cases requiring additional expertise so that every clinician receives an accurate and timely resolution.
