The role, at a glance.
AssetWatch is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to own full-funnel demand-generation campaigns for an industrial predictive-maintenance SaaS platform. The role combines campaign strategy with hands-on execution in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, workflows, forms, reporting, and attribution. Success is measured by qualified pipeline, revenue contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI rather than activity volume alone. The manager will partner closely with product marketing, content, design, sales, lifecycle marketing, and RevOps to align Salesforce and HubSpot processes. This is a remote full-time US role in a fast-scaling environment serving both manufacturing executives and plant-level technical practitioners.

Sample interview questions
I would explain the target segment, business objective, channel mix, campaign assets, qualification logic, sales handoff process, and outcomes such as sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI. I would also share the iterations I made after reviewing performance data.
I start by aligning lifecycle stages, campaign naming conventions, source properties, UTM standards, sync rules, and ownership definitions with RevOps. I then test data flow before launch and maintain dashboards that distinguish engagement metrics from qualified pipeline and revenue influence.
I would use account-based messaging and business-case content for executive stakeholders while creating practical, channel-flexible content for reliability and maintenance practitioners. Both tracks would share a common value proposition but use role-specific pain points, proof points, calls to action, and nurture paths.
I first identify where the funnel is breaking, such as audience quality, message resonance, landing-page conversion, nurture progression, or sales follow-up. I prioritize a small number of testable hypotheses, run controlled experiments, measure downstream effects on qualified opportunities, and document learnings for future campaigns.
I use a shared campaign calendar and prioritization framework based on revenue impact, audience fit, urgency, effort, and dependencies. I establish clear owners, milestones, success metrics, and decision points, then communicate trade-offs early so stakeholders remain aligned.
About this role.
AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through the delivery of an unparalleled condition monitoring experience, with a passion to care about the assets our customers care for every day. We are a devoted and capable team that includes world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal – To build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey.
We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager – Industrial/SaaS who wakes up thinking about pipeline. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive real revenue; building in HubSpot, pulling the levers, and iterating relentlessly until the numbers move. This is a fast-scaling SaaS environment where every campaign decision is made through one lens: what gets more qualified opportunities into the funnel, faster.
This isn’t your typical enterprise SaaS role. AssetWatch sells into the manufacturing plant floor – maintenance managers, reliability engineers, plant managers, and operations leaders who aren’t scrolling LinkedIn between meetings. Reaching them requires a dual playbook: account-based tactics for executive buyers, and channel-agnostic creative for the plant-level practitioners who champion the technology.
This role blends campaign strategy, cross-functional leadership, and technical campaign execution, and it demands someone who plans obsessively and operates with precision. You’ll be managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously, and the throughline that keeps it all moving is your ability to build the system, run the system, and hold it accountable to pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue
- Translate business goals into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, including building and launching campaigns in HubSpot
Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations
- Build, test, and deploy campaign assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, workflows, forms)
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure proper segmentation, targeting, and timing
- Manage campaign workflows and triggers to support lead generation and nurture efforts
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and attributed
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign goals
- Work closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce and HubSpot alignment for campaign tracking and lead flow
- Support sales with campaign insights, follow-up strategies, and enablement materials
Performance & Optimization
- Define KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, campaign ROI)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time (A/B testing, messaging, timing, channels)
- Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot
Data & Compliance
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices for data usage, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Maintain clean campaign data and proper attribution tracking
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot (or similar MAP)
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation and SaaS funnel metrics
- Experience working with Salesforce CRMand marketing-sales alignment
- Ability to manage both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue
- Seamless execution from strategy → build → launch → optimization
- Strong alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outcomes
- Clear, reliable campaign reporting and attribution
