Sample interview questions
I would review the editable source files, file organization, typography, layout consistency, linked assets, print readiness, licensing, and customer usability. I would test whether instructions are clear and confirm that the item meets both technical requirements and marketplace quality standards.
I would compare the asset with current category guidelines and relevant calibration examples, document the specific concern, and make a decision where standards are clear. If the issue affects policy, intellectual property, or a precedent-setting interpretation, I would escalate it through the defined channel with concise evidence.
I would validate the false-positive pattern using representative examples, record the asset attributes causing it, and share actionable feedback with the relevant operations or tooling team. I would continue applying human judgment so legitimate content is not incorrectly rejected while the automated check is improved.
I rely on category-specific guidelines, calibration samples, and checklists while keeping shared marketplace standards such as originality, usability, metadata accuracy, and licensing in mind. I also monitor feedback trends and participate actively in calibration sessions to align decisions with the team.
I would explain the decision clearly, identify the most important specific issues, and connect each issue to a relevant quality or technical standard. My feedback would be respectful, actionable, and focused on what the author can change to make a future submission successful.
