Sample interview questions
I would review the relevant quality data, identify recurring error patterns, compare results against the applicable guidelines, and check whether there were changes in tasks or instructions. I would document the findings clearly, request clarification where needed, and provide focused feedback or escalate the issue according to the program process.
I first study the current guidelines and examples, then use a structured checklist while reviewing work. For unclear cases, I document the evidence and consult the established escalation path rather than making unsupported assumptions. This helps keep decisions consistent, auditable, and aligned with client expectations.
I would keep the feedback specific, respectful, and actionable by identifying the guideline involved, explaining the observed issue, and providing an appropriate example of the expected approach. I would invite questions and verify understanding, while documenting the interaction according to program requirements.
I would follow the NDA and all security procedures, use a secure and updated computer with antivirus protection, avoid sharing project information with unauthorized people, and keep work materials private. I would also use only approved tools and immediately report any suspected security concern.
I would assess tasks by deadline, quality impact, and urgency, addressing time-sensitive rater issues and required reporting first. I would block focused time for analysis, track open items in an organized list, and communicate early if a dependency or competing priority could affect delivery.
