Sample interview questions
I would establish success metrics during onboarding, monitor usage and performance signals against those metrics, and conduct regular stakeholder reviews. When I see declining adoption or implementation friction, I would diagnose the technical and business causes, align an action plan with the customer, and involve internal specialists where needed.
I would first confirm that the customer is achieving the outcomes tied to their existing investment and address any risks well before the renewal date. I would then use usage patterns, stakeholder goals, and product-fit gaps to identify relevant expansion opportunities, positioning them as solutions to validated needs rather than as separate sales motions.
I begin by understanding the intended workflow, architecture, security needs, success criteria, and technical owner. I then provide a practical deployment plan, coordinate with engineering resources for blockers, validate implementation and performance, and help the customer operationalize monitoring and adoption after launch.
I create a shared view of the customer impact, technical facts, commercial risk, owner for each action, and communication cadence. I protect the customer experience by giving clear updates, while ensuring Sales understands account implications and Engineering receives reproducible, prioritized technical context.
I would prioritize by customer impact, renewal or revenue risk, severity of technical blockers, strategic value, and time sensitivity. I would communicate trade-offs early, use repeatable playbooks for common needs, and reserve focused time for proactive work that reduces future risk across the portfolio.

About the role
This is a builder’s role, where you’ll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs’ most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You’ll get ahead of the problem. You’ll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You’ll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
What this looks like day to day
You’ll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs’ full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You’ll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You’ll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You’ll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
