Review test and ad performance weekly in Omni and decide what to continue, iterate, refresh or replace. Turn creative metrics into actionable insights and share them with vendors and artists.

  • Global Working Culture: Support creative production across several countries, with an interest in global customer insights and occasional flexibility with late start or late finish hours when working with US and Asia teams.

Sample interview questions
How would you build a creative testing roadmap for a new paid acquisition campaign in Mexico?

I would begin with the acquisition objective, target audience, funnel data, and current creative benchmarks. I would form hypotheses across messaging, format, hook, visual style, and offer framing, then prioritize tests by expected impact and production effort. I would document success metrics and decision rules in advance, review results weekly, and scale, iterate, or retire concepts based on statistically meaningful performance.

Describe how you turn creative performance data into actionable direction for designers or external vendors.

I translate results into specific observations rather than vague feedback. For example, I would identify whether a concept succeeded because of the opening hook, product demonstration, creator style, audience insight, or call to action, and then write a brief stating what must be retained and what should change. This makes the next production cycle faster and improves learning quality.

How do you ensure creative is culturally relevant across LATAM markets while preserving a consistent brand position?

I separate the core brand promise from market-specific execution. I validate language, imagery, customer situations, local financial sensitivities, and mandatory disclaimers with market experts, then adapt the concept without losing the central value proposition. I also use localized testing to confirm that adaptations perform rather than relying only on assumptions.

How would you manage several contractor projects with competing deadlines?

I would maintain a visible production tracker with owners, brief status, dependencies, review dates, launch dates, and budget status. I would match assignments to each contractor’s strengths and capacity, set clear approval criteria in the brief, and schedule feedback rounds early enough to protect launch timing. Where priorities conflict, I would communicate trade-offs and escalate decisions with a recommendation.

What metrics would you use to evaluate a performance creative asset?

I would assess the asset in context of its funnel stage and channel, using metrics such as thumb-stop or view rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, install-to-registration rate, and downstream quality indicators where available. I would compare performance against relevant baselines and segment results by audience, placement, and market before making creative conclusions.
