About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses – from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B – multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team – builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Sample interview questions
I would first define the highest-value customer segments and use cases, validate them through executive discovery, and prioritize opportunities with clear business impact and feasible integration paths. I would build a repeatable deployment playbook from early engagements, including technical architecture, success metrics, stakeholder mapping, and expansion triggers.
I would establish a shared operating cadence with separate but connected executive and technical workstreams. Executives need concise updates on outcomes, risk, ROI, and next decisions, while engineering teams need detailed requirements, integration plans, testing criteria, and issue ownership.
Python and API knowledge would let me rapidly validate integrations, create prototypes, troubleshoot customer workflows, and build compelling demonstrations. It also helps me communicate accurately with forward-deployed engineers and identify implementation risks early.
I would hire people with strong technical foundations, customer empathy, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments. I would give the team clear outcomes and decision authority, while using regular retrospectives and customer feedback to improve deployment quality and share reusable patterns.
I would capture recurring customer needs, implementation blockers, and measurable gaps in a structured feedback process. I would then translate those findings into prioritized problem statements supported by customer evidence, commercial impact, and technical feasibility for Product and Research partners.
